Sand Lake Hills Community, Inc is a non-profit entity organized by the community to support positive change moving forward for the neighborhood. (We are not an HOA) – The organization asks residents to consider contributing $150/year to the organization in an effort to improve the state of the neighborhood – From maintaining common areas/beautification, community gatherings and crime and safety.
In the past year a committee was formed by the Board of Directors to go after Orange County Grant opportunities that were designed to help neighborhoods, like ours with no HOA, fund new entry signage.

For more than 5 years, efforts to go after this annual grant had fallen short and never made it past the finish line. Thanks to the residents of our community and your support for this organization, these efforts have finally made it through!
